Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Tribunal Superior de Villavicencio y el Juzgado Séptimo Administrativo Oral del Circuito de esa misma ciudad, en torno al trámite de la acción de tutela de la referencia.
Luego de pronunciarse sobre la competencia de la Corporación para resolver el asunto y sobre las reglas aplicables para resolver conflictos de competencia, la Sala Plena decidió remitir el expediente a la Sala laboral del Tribunal de Villavicencio para que de forma inmediata tramite la acción de tutela deprecada.
Se advierte a esta autoridad judicial que en adelante debe observar estrictamente la jurisprudencia de la Corte sobre los conflictos de competencia en materia de tutela.

- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTO el auto del dieciocho (18) de abril de dos mil trece (2013), proferido por la Sala de Decision Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Villavicencio.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente a la Sala de Decision Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Villavicencio para que, de forma inmediata, tramite la accion de tutela iniciada por Deiby Alejandra Toro Penagos, contra el Ministerio de Vivienda, la Unidad Administrativa Especial para la Atencion y reparacion integral a las victimas y otros.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, COMUNICAR al Juzgado
- Septimo. Administrativo Oral del Circuito de Villavicencio la decision adoptada en esta providencia.
- Cuarto. ADVERTIR al Tribunal Superior de Villavicencio que en adelante deberan observar estrictamente la jurisprudencia de esta Corte sobre los conflictos de competencia en materia de tutela.
